When it comes to online shopping, Swivul prides itself on providing you with a clear and transparent shipping policy.


        • US: 8-15 days (flat shipping rate of $5 under $100)
        • CAD: 10-15 (shipping rate of 9.99 under $100)
        • Australia: 10-15 (shipping rate of 9.99 under $100)
        • UK: 10-15 (shipping rate $9.99 under $100)
        • OTHER: 15-30 days ($9.99 flat rate)

     

    Due to costs, at this time we are only able to ship to the following countries: Australia , Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States. While we understand this may be an inconvenience for some countries, we are working on resolutions for the future for global shipping. 

     

     

    What is the Estimated Delivery Time?
    We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. We want to ensure your products are packaged correctly and to deliver the product without a scratch and as quickly as possible. While most countries can take anywhere from 10-15 days for delivery, delays can bring some countries up to 30 days.

    Where do our products ship from?
    Where it allows, the majority of our products are outsourced from suppliers directly from the United States. However, should their warehouse be out of stock, they will direct it to the next closest warehouse, which is why shipping can take up to 30 days.
    Are there Customs Fees?
    While we try to do our best to avoid those, we cannot guarantee that if you are ordering internationally that you will not be charged additional customs fees.
